This policy relates to digital gift-cards and other digital goods purchased via our Website. As set out in our Terms of Service, all Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or due to a defect.
All purchases of digital gift cards (e.g., Steam, Valorant, Roblox and others) are final and non-refundable once delivered. (Athena Gaming)
We do not offer returns or exchanges for digital gift cards except in the event of an error on our part or where required by law.
If you receive a gift card that is defective, invalid, or not as described:
Because digital gift cards are delivered instantly and become usable at the time of delivery, the right to cancel as afforded for physical goods under consumer law is limited. Once your card is delivered and activated, we cannot permit a refund or cancellation.

If a refund is approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
